SAP Proceedings in Interdisciplinary Insights and Innovations
This is our flagship series for publishing multidisciplinary conference proceedings. It offers superior serialized visibility. Each volume is assigned its own ISBN, and every individual article receives a DOI to ensure global citability and traceability in scientific databases.

Stand-alone Proceedings Books
Ideal for specialized events or unique thematic volumes. This modality provides an ISBN for the complete book and individual DOIs for each article/chapter, integrating the content into our global editorial catalog of academic books.

To ensure academic and technical excellence, South American Publishing (SAP) applies the following timeframe and formatting requirements:

1. When to submit your proposal?
We welcome proposals throughout the year. However, specific deadlines apply for event-related proceedings:
● Future Events: Proposals must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the event.
● Past Events: We only accept proceedings from events that concluded no more than 6 months ago.

2. Preparation & Templates
Before submitting, authors must ensure their work aligns with our quality standards:
● Official Templates: All manuscripts must use the SAP Proceedings Template (.docx).
● Citation Style: Authors must strictly follow APA Style (7th Edition) or Vancouver Style.

3. Submission Process
●  Phase 1: Complete the Initial Assessment Form. Our editorial team will evaluate the proposal's relevance and scope.
● Phase 2: If pre-approved, you will receive the Submission Platform Guidelines to upload your final files for a double-anonymized peer review.

South American Publishing (SAP) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity in all conference proceedings.
Submitted works must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their data, references, and disclosures, including funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.
SAP reserves the right to use plagiarism detection and similarity-checking tools to assess the originality of all manuscripts.
Any cases of plagiarism, redundant publication, data manipulation, or unethical research practices may result in rejection, retraction, or other corrective actions.
Volume Editors and Conference Committees are responsible for ensuring a fair, transparent, and unbiased editorial process.

At South American Publishing (SAP), we adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics. As a Volume Editor, you are responsible for the integrity of your work.
● Peer Review: Every paper must undergo a rigorous peer-review process managed by the Conference Program Committee.
● Originality: Proceedings must contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.
● Plagiarism Detection: SAP reserves the right to use specialized software to verify the originality of all submitted manuscripts.

All submissions included in the conference proceedings are subject to a formal peer review process coordinated by the Conference Program Committee and supervised by the appointed Volume Editor.
Each manuscript is evaluated for academic quality, relevance to the conference scope, originality, and methodological soundness.
The review model applied (single-blind, double-blind, or editorial review with external experts) is determined by the conference organizers and clearly documented by the Volume Editor.
Final acceptance decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations and editorial judgment.
The review process is documented and auditable by the publisher if required.

From Conference to Journal Authors wishing to publish an extended version of their proceedings paper as a journal article must follow these principles:
1. The extended version must include at least 30% new material.
2. It must cite the original SAP Proceedings publication.
3. It must include an explicit statement explaining the new contributions (e.g., new results, improved methodology).

South American Publishing (SAP) operate under a Gold Open Access model, all content is free to read and download immediately upon publication. To support this, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover copyediting, DOI assignment, layout design, and permanent hosting.
● Competitive Pricing: Unlike larger commercial publishers, SAP offers affordable rates tailored to the needs of independent researchers and academic institutions in the region.
● Flexible Models:
   • Institutional/Conference Flat Fee: A single payment by the conference organizers covering the entire volume.
  • Per-Article Fee: Individual payments by authors (only if the conference organizer does not cover the volume fee).
● Transparent Quotes: Because every conference is unique, we do not apply a "one size fits all" price. Your APC will be calculated based on the total number of articles and the technical complexity of the volume.
